The company filed a lawsuit Thursday in Tennessee’s Tennessee Superior Court, alleging that the shop violated the law when it refused to repair Akira tires for free.

The company says that the tire shop allegedly violated Tennessee law by refusing to repair the company’s motorcycles, which have a lower-than-average price tag.
